SUMMARY:Seasonal Wellbeing Sessions
DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you to take part in our Seasonal Wellbe
 ing Sessions\, which have been designed to encourage seasonal connection w
 ith nature. Join us as we heal\, restore and focus on our mind\, body and 
 spirit from within the grounds of the Laudato Si' Centre.\n\nWe will hold 
 four sessions - one for each season - and these will take place on Fridays
  from 10am to 12pm\, with a cost of £5 per session.\n\nThe next in this s
 eries will be our Summer session\, which takes place on 3rd July 2026 - we
