DESCRIPTION:A twelve week course to focus on your mind\, body and spirit an
 d the interconnectedness with these elements and yourselves in nature.\n\n
 Welcome to the Therapeutic Reset In Nature course! Join us at the beauti
 ful Laudato Si' Centre. Take a break from everyday life and immerse yours
 elf in the healing power of nature. This event is all about relaxation\, r
 ejuvenation\, and reconnecting with yourself. Come and experience the calm
 ing effects of nature as we guide you through various therapeutic activiti
 es. Don't miss this opportunity to reset and recharge in a peaceful and se
 rene environment.\n\nThe course is designed to focus on your mind\, body a
 nd spirit and the interconnectedness with these elements and our self with
  nature. The course is designed to start to train the brain to become more
  positive and individuals to start to look for the positives in their ever
 yday life and activities. To be aware of oneself\, present and focussed. T
 he course is a collaboration with a qualified therapist\, Amelia (BACP) an
 d our Gardener and wellbeing coordinator\, Sarah.\n\nYou will pay for one 
 ticket which will entitle you to the full twelve week course on the follow
 ing dates:\n\n25th April\, 2nd May\, 9th May\, 16th May\, 23rd May\, 30th 
 May\, 6th June\, 13th June\, 20th June\, 27th June\, 4th July and 11th Jul
 y.\n\nPlease note that this takes place in an outdoor environment and ther
 e may be some changes to the event based on the weather on the day\, so pl
 ease come dressed appropriately and wear comfortable footwear. There is li
 mited parking available but we are served by good public transport links.\
