Join us for a truly prayerful experience this February as we host a Silent Retreat in the beautiful grounds of our Laudato Si’ Centre.

During the day, you will be invited to spend time with the Lord in silent prayer, take part in outdoor Mass, explore the grounds of the Centre and enjoy an accompanied tour of Wardley Hall.

An outline of the day is as follows:

• 9:30 am: Arrival and welcome refreshments at Wardley Hall
• 10:00 am: Opening prayer
• 10:15 am: Tour of Wardley Hall
• 11 am: Tour of the Laudato Si’ Centre
• 12:00 pm: Silent retreat starts
• Option to eat a packed lunch (you must provide your own lunch)
• Various activities to complete in contemplative silence during the afternoon such as adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, personal reflections on scripture and the Laudato Si’ encyclical, time spent in the woodland, time spent on suggested volunteering activities in the walled garden.
• 3:00 pm: Outdoor Mass (silence ends)
• 3:00 -4.00pm: Time for final, personal reflection and departures
